The Promise of Evening Primrose for Acne

Acne-prone skin is deficient in linoleic acid and it is this deficiency which triggers pore-clogging and leads to acne and breakouts. Clogged pores are a perfect environment for bacterial growth which leads to inflammation. Evening Primrose oil contains exceptionally high levels of linoleic acid making it an excellent product for helping to resolve acne.

That’s why we’ve included it in our special BaoCare Clear formulation along with Tea Tree oil and of course Baobab oil. We’ve also added a blend of pure, natural botanical oils – Lavender, Rose Geranium and Clary Sage which have their own skin-healing properties and together create a fresh, clean non-irritating fragrance.
